Berbera is near the red sea coast that's why it's hot, as you reach Hargeisa and the other areas that are in higher altitude its cooler. Most of Ethiopia is not comparable to anywhere in Somalia lol, they are in the Ethiopian highlands.What other regions are blow sea level in somalia? i might open an ice cream parlour there.
I'm pretty sure not all of ethiopia is in the highlands but yeah i get what you mean.
