Bill Cosby sues supermodel Beverly Johnson for defamation

Bill Cosby filed a lawsuit Monday against supermodel Beverly Johnson, alleging she lied when she said the comedian drugged and tried to rape her at his New York home in the mid-1980s.

Cosby's lawsuit says Johnson joined other women making accusations against him to revive her waning career and to help sell copies of her memoir.
The lawsuit alleges defamation and intentional infliction of emotional distress, saying Cosby and Johnson never spent any time alone in his house, he never drugged her and "her story is a lie."
CNN asked Johnson's representatives for comment but they did not reply.
More than 40 women have come forward to publicly accuse Cosby, 78, of assaulting them over four decades, usually saying he drugged them first. No criminal charges have been filed against Cosby.

If you were raped, and the man is famous....and you knew the niggah....you'd probably sue that niggah the next day

I said I'm not certain whether he did it or not. This means I'm neutral. The reports indicate that no files have been charged against him.
Meaning most of the stories were either fabricated or couldn't reveal accurate narratives that could incarcerate him.
Assumption is a bad thing. There have been many men who were falsely incarcerated, and this can be another case.
The reason I am neutral is because the amount of women indicating, "rape" that's an unusual number.
I wasn't there the time it happened, so i have no right to assume other than what the documents being released specify.
No documents have been charged against them, and he happens to be suing one of those women for defamation.
