i bought peppermint oil and massaging the hair, nothing worked to speed up the hair growth

september 2020: 0.5inch hair
october 2020: 0.75/1inch hair
november 2020: 1.5inch hair

then in december 2020 i discovered biotin so i took 1 10000ug tablet or 10mg

december 2020- january 2020: 3inch hair i kid you not

beard: 30mm always
it also keeps your skin healthy and strong nails.
on the other hand it grows body hair everywhere faster too. so i would recommend this if you shaved your head or have slow hair growth or want faster bead growth.

I don't have any issues with my hair but I still use lots of supplements specially Biotin shampooo and then Biotin hair conditioner. I'd say my hair is thicker than usual due to these Biotin supplements.
