I feel for these innocent victims not just the ones fleeing but the ones who are local due to careless leadership, low iq political revenge that's playing out in the nation under the radar and behind closed doors and they think their somewhat smart and winning and all u see is this type of tragedy day after day.

It's this irrationality and not just cutting your losses and focusing on their territory and clans which Federalism preaches. Its probably south africa. I've heard alot of stories from somalis who done years and years of hard labor in tz and mozambican prisons. There are alot of them locked up in those countries with no release date.
