Unlike the north the clans down south hardly have governmental power. There are so many different clans in mogadishu, the government needs to step up not the somali people.Beesha Hawiye needs to stand up to Al shabab. All the suicide attacks happened in their areas just today (South Galkacyo and Mogadishu).
Correct. Guerilla warfare always ends bad in domestic problems, opposed to defending one self from invading forces. After a clash, the winners of the confrontational groups always ends up sticking to their power and receives popularity, which then becomes a new obstacle for the government and it further undermines the states power and authority. They forgot to pay tax.

Guerilla warfare is dangerous.
These attacks happen I genuinely don't wnat to assume the best but I don't think the government is trying to stop them I'm sure they're being paid out by them.AUN
I have started to see patterns with these bombings. Why do they always happen during work or festive hours? For the large part it seems there is some unseen power that wants to weaken the somali busineeses and entrepernual activiities.
I am not blaming anyone but i fully believe the enemy is within the government/capital itself. Farmaajo should look to whom is attacked least and benefits the most, while also sending bomb squads/elite forces to places that pay tribute to al-kebab so that he forces them to refuse to pay shabaab and then uses the bait and hook trick to determine which type of businees gets attcked the most and, by using diversions and luring the shabaab to attack buildings.
He should then use this intelligence to connect the dots and determine the last businees left standing that benefits the most from all of this. If he finds them, he found shabaabs treasurer and with the treasurer found, he will easily find the head.
For a fact, who’s funding them, arming them, who’s supports them and who’s in bed with them are known to the Central Government but I don’t think Somalia is in a position to take a decisive action to wipe them way becomes of foreign intervention like Ethiopia, Kenya and Arab Gulf and The United Kingdom’s would save them before it’s too late. All we need is for them to blink but in this highly interconnected world it’s hard to find the window of opportunity.AUN
