The tariffs of necessities such as rice, flour and sugar are 80 cent per TON whereas luxury items like vehicles have a tariff of 35 dollar. That's beyond reasonable. This is why I despise development diids like the OP. Just like they don't like who's ruling they are willing to ruin for the rest of us
The businessmen in Bosaso don’t want to pay taxes. They want to be able to bribe poorly paid port admins and get their goods tax free.
