That's why we need a seasonal economy in order to ensure productivity remain high and we keep producing at high rates in all our key sectors. I suggest we switch to a night time economy by investing into renewable energies to allow us to work at night during the hot seasons and then switch back to normal day operations when the weather cools down like how arctic half day and half night for 6 month environments operate. We must adapt to our environment in Bosaso to ensure we gain the most productivity out of it.
