Well good thing your concernment isn't be all end all of the matter. Having said that these men seem like elders in their respective areas and when an elder says something the men who look up to him are moved to follow in that path. Gaas's term is about to end so having a coup at this time doesn't make practical sense however I believe this video was made to show that the shacab and men in the military are supportive of the federal government and don't recognize the conference by the maamul gobaleed elders as legitimate.
