Yonis if you were not aware Buuhoodle will be another Taleh the seeds have been sown, clans pinned against each other which will weaken their unity and resolve to fight in unison. It is a long strategy and it looks now it has been paying off. Somaliland could not military do it but now asbin Taleh, Karin, Dharkeyn, Kalabaydh, Widhwidh and last but not least Buuhoodle Ali Khaliif has done a brilliant ground work, the rest should be straight forward after Puntland negotiating team are kicked out or accused favouring a clan and being partial in the conflict,

Yonis admit it atleast, Somaliland has a strategy that is working. Puntland today is in Tukaraq, Taleh and Xuddun are Somaliland.
Your analysis is wrong.
1) SL doesn't want to wage war so close to their 'elections'. This outcome of this election poses an internal threat for the Isaaqs. Choosing between hot heads that can't and perhaps won't accept a defeat is a serious issue for Hargeisa. Those two can hit the core whereas Dhulbahante affairs is seen as peripheral factors
2) Unlike Sool villages, Buuhodle is armed to the teeth. Pacifying Buuhodle means pacifying Dhulbahante in its entirety and thus allowing them to be at the mercy of Isaaqs. Buuhodle can only be pacified by the barrel of the gun, something they've tried and miserably failed several times.

Somaliland's only option for a while has been arming sub clans loyal to Hargeisa but they are outnumbered by Pro-Somalia clans.
Abdalla conflict in an election cycle can be useful for diverting internal conflict and could even in the case of a take over postpone it.
A disunited Buuuhoodle can be easily penetrated without shots fired and they will hand in their weapons voluntarily for assurances of peace.
