You will be begging for Masakiin back once Exploding Robow takes his seat and joins Puntland in the war against centralisation.

Something strange is going on in SW. Man like sakiin don't just resign and go. If anything his political career ( pretty funny one ) has prooved, he has overcome far greater odds. The man is illiterate and was once serving as the speaker of the house and another time as finance minister. You don't get.to these positions without working your way up. He is odd character but a ruthless, pragmatic power hungry so him Succumbing to farmaajo's lacklustre pressure is odd.

Another fisshy thing is Robow, an infamous terrorist, becoming leader of SW. USA cleared him of their terrorrist list becouse he supposedly "stopped being terorrist" ......... sort of. Overlooking the horrendous crimes he commited, the Federal goverment also gave him permission to run for officce in a civil goverment the verry institude he was fighting tirelessly to overthrow. Strange. That is all i have to say.

I think he resigned to protect his political image as he feard6he would lose in a landslide.
Secondly how is robow any differnt than Jl president madobe and former president sheekh shareef as they were both shabaab

I'm not in favour of madoowe walking free let alone leading a whole state eather. Sh.shariif was with islamic courts compoletely different organization than AS even though they - alshababa - have their roots in there. I also have emphasize that i'm not for sh. Shariif either.

You have look at the bigger picture thoug on both men you have picked - sheikh shariif and madoowe - to justify robow's candidacy. Both men's , sheikh shariif and madoow, candidacy and susbsecuently their (s)election was bushed by foreign powers. Sheikh shariif and his organization, the islamic courts, had huge connection with muslim brotherhood organisations in the arab world who bought the election for him. Same for madoowe, his name was cleared by Kenya and put in charge of the new state they created, jubbaland ( not against jubbalands existent ). So my question is who is bulling the strings on this robow situation. Just have to wonder tbh.

First off, Ashabab was created from the Courts.
Second part if i had to guess probably the Federal government. Because he is a tool that could be used to stabilize the region. His qabil support him dearly. He knows the weakness of the alshab and could defeat them with the support of SNA. And was forgiven by Faarmaajo and owes him.
My 2cents

I mentioned Alshabaab had roots in courts so thats that.

I don't thing the federal goverment has that much capability to pursuade United States of America to forgive a known terrorist. The somali goverments sphere of influence hasn't reached that high. The money it takes to hire lobbyists to deliver such accomplishmebt is more than Somalias current yearly budget.

If so that the federal goverment have somehow managed to get robow off of international terrorist list, shariif sakiin wouldn't resign. There is no evidence to suggest he would so becouse this man was standing in defiance over a year against the federal goverment with so little push back. I don't think they got magical power just overnight.

Robow never comitted any crimes against America, but Somalia
The US will merely ok it if the gov requests. It happened b4 will probably be a tactic they will continue using

I doubt Robow will be elected, he's most definitely become a tool the FGS used to oust sakiin and now that has been achieved Robow will probably quietly dissapear of the scene

I didn't say he commited crimes against america but somali people the very people the somali goverment swore to protect.

Speaking of puppets, wasn't former NISA directer supposed to be just that. He was flawn with his bulletproof car to baydhabo to be the FGS stooge so they could gain more control in SW and sway away the state from other rebellious states. Roobow would be the last person the federal goverment would go to given the irreversible PR demage supporting him would do to them in the eyes of the public. Beside Roobow is unpredictable psycopath who would not obey mogadishu but instead challenge them for his own gain.
