True. I agree they should be punished. But referring to the Somali "race" these soldiers have mostly been targeting Bantu women in idp camps. But knowing Somali gov they won't prosecute anyone for rape. It's like rape doesn't exists in Somalia.

Yes it's a problem but the gov isnt gonna do anything. They've raped a lot of women but most targeted were women in IDP camps. Amison needs to leave asap.
