coz this is a lot. Often ‘making gains’ becomes addictive - a pathological obsession to get bigger and bigger, and they stop seeing the reality of how they actually look like.Its a slippery slope and by the time they get to this level of gains and shred I assume they’re fully under the grip of a mental disorder.
