Looks like they dropped Dahabshil. Guessing from name change from 'Dahab Marina' to 'Marina beach estate'. Will consist of hundreds of high rise apartments and houses. Location is Cabdiaziz/Kaaran border on the beachfront.

We don't need new apartments that the locals can't afford and are made exclusively for rich diaspora. Agree with you but this is a private sector project. The Banadir adm or the FG should be the one building the necessary infrastructure.

We also need to form textile and construction sectors (we have 1 in uganda) in these countries.
We also need somali merchants to get into small unit scale high quality produce japanese style farming in Uganda or Kenya it will be expensive to start but its quite damn profitable.


Once Somalia is safe the expertise from all these somali corporations will quickly develop somalia from failed state to An African phoenix in less than 10 yrs. i lived there for 17 yrs i would hear stabbing, see dead ppl, be robbed etc. I would see gangs roaming and Eastleigh was mostly short buildings with a few decrepid colonial apartments.

By 2013 it became rapid construction and indians got pissed and tried to hinder us with bribing officials and paying gangs to cause shit.
