After Sland region forces got defeated today at the southern front they tried to enter from the west (Xiis) route known as Harta Timi they also got defeated there. Now both entrances are controlled by Caare forces, the only other entrance is Badhan to Laas Qoray route and that is a no go soon for Sland either.

Caare is not as powerful as Puntland Army, if they couldn't stop SL how is he? In Sool it's an entirely different story, it's backed by political agenda towards PL.

Compared to Sanaag they are not as eager to militarise that region. Hence it lacks logistic, funding for more troops etc etc.
