TekNiko why not replicate what Puntites did with Garacad? You can start locally funding it then have a couple foreign contractors hired + use locals for work. You can even hire the cheapest of contractors from Indian, China or even North Korea. Same can be done in Gedo, I know you guys have money why not put to use in your lands instead of focusing on the FGS and Xamar?
