The deal actually says that Kenya can also trade fish to Somalia.

This deal only benefits the local Narcotic traders controlling the markets and airports where these Khats are brought in. This also helps the local mothers that use this bussiness to pay off their rent and daily necessities.

I actually looked at calaacal threads about Qoslaaye. I was trying to figure out is if its coming from aabbe Afweyne/Cheese type centralist fans or confederalist/Deni corner and to see who defended Qoslaaye
