Can you dunk?

It looks so awesome and cool.
But unfortunately I can't
I tried to touch the ring several times but never succeeded.
I trained my self a bit but it was of no use.
It will be useful if you can give me some small tips on how I can jump higher.
My dream is to be able to dunk like these guys( and shoot good free kicks like Roberto carlos)

That will help . I reccomend lifting weights squats is a good one and do plyometrics look it up its like jump excersices to get faster and jump higher
