Every winter this happens, temperature plummets at night, all i have is a 2inch thick blanket ( not them tiger ones , haven't seen them in a while smh)..
And so when it's time to go to bed, my feet are ice cold and it prevents me from sleeping, I don't see my sibling's having this issue, and i doubt its because of poor blood circulation.
Ever since I read some article on good tips to sleep better, one bullet point said "Make sure your feet stay warm" since then I've anchored it into my brain, that if my feet are cold I'll never sleep.
