I am hearing that the Capital is being shared now according to 4.5 under Mudane farmaajos order , meaning no more Hawiye controlled Capital which is good and i am all for it knowing that this change will bring much needed fix in restoring the confidence the Capital has lost by giving the degmos of Mogadishu according to Somaliweyne 4.5 equally shared,

But this langaab filled cugdad murusade PM is playing with fire by giving his murirsade folks extra degmo as in 3 degmos while they have now only 2, while HG has 5 Degmos this PM wants to give them now only 2 degmos, the level of stupidy of this PM is beyond me, he is either drunk filled cugdad or has stupid people surrounding him with cugdad filled advises, HG get deducted degmos and get 2 degmos, while the PM murursade folks get extra degmo of total 3 degmos!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!!!

Sister i believe in bottom-up approach, there is nothing one can do unless he is in power within the grass roots!

You should think about what benefit Somalia the country as general not on tribes and clans levels. If the country is well and doing good then your tribe is well and good.

Bro the PM's life-line in Somalia doesn't usually go beyond a year if you go through history, neither did we ever have a second term president. The way things are going Kheyre like all of his predecessors will likely not surive beyond 6 months, he maybe gone in a record time based on those oppositions MP's numbering a 100 and growing infuriated by him.

These positions are meaningless and ultimately what matters is competence which is what this government will be judged upon, whether it's a one-man-one-vote system or the previous 4.5 clan-based one, which is what ultimately matters.

If the government doesn't deliver on their promises they will be voted out like the previous ones and everything they did will be easily reversed so don't worry about that kind of stuff who is sidelined and who is not, HSM did a lot worse then Kheyre, much of those thrown out believe me are criminals and the criminal never benefits a clan nor cares about it but only uses it in times of his own personal difficulties, they are bakhti scum that need throwing out.

Regarding the 4.5 for Xamar, I am in support of it, someone needs to get the ball rolling and there is no better place to do this then the capital itself which is already cosmopolitant, the quicker this happens the better, that way in the next election if states like Puntland did not follow suit paying it's fair share to the SFG or any other state, they are simply excluded from running for the Presidency, this can easily be enacted in law tomorrow and no one would dare argue against it.

This way only those that constribute can field candidates and those that don't simply excluded from the process and later also excluded from the 4.5 Benadir process if it persists, this is the kind of long term strategy needed that will have popular support and will isolate the tuugo leeches while making the residents their satisfied.
