CBB can see that Hawiye are looking to take power in Somalia.

If their president was in power they would call it the natural consolidation of power

but when it's Hawiye doing the exact same thing they call it state capture

and go overboard on the negative propaganda. E.g. Hassan is a tuug, he's corrupt, he's useless.

Darood were against the independence of Somalia because they feared Hawiye domination. Now they want to bring the state down or prevent state building at least. And prevent Somaliland independence. They won't let the place settle until they are in power.
