18 is an exaggeration. Adults back home are busy on their studies. Even if there are Somali adults joining alshabab they are only doing it for the bag. The demo should be men aged 25-40. Also corrupt police directors need to be held accountable and be replaced with better ones from the same clan. (if that makes them happy)
