Ceerigaabo road was contributed by everyone (diaspora, local businessmen and the Gov). It wasn't a solely Kulmiye thing.

Ceerigabo road will be named Silanyo road upon completion and become a milestone feat that serve all Sanaag communities, and as you know majority rules and majority will deliver Kulmiye again

Maybe if you write a letter to Kulmiye after elections regarding the abandoned clinic they might come down to Bohol and show you how things are done.

Finally admit clinic is offline. Good. First step is acknowledging you have a problem, only than will you be able to find a solution. Anything else and you'll be wasting time and blowing hot air.

Burco-Ceerigabo road will have positive impact on the region and all communities in Sanaag. As more and more people are relived from day long journey, it will further add to Kulmiye popularity.

With Ceerigabo road, Garadag university and Ceel Afwyen Hospital, Kulmiye is guaranteed to come on top in Sanaag.

Perhaps WADANI will have a better chance in 2022.
