I see no other reason for the CEO to be there other than what you suggested. My only concern would be it being used on the FMS and opposition.
This guy gives a lot of fake news so I’d take it with a grain of salt. We still don’t know the details. But it’s likely somalia will recieve drones, I hope it’s a drone factory like @Nin123 said

could they not just as easily get those secrets from the houthis? also these arent cheap drones but expensive ones with parts and munitions that are not so easily made. its like having the schematics for the m1 abrams, how are you going to build it without the infrastructure and industry?
