West is declining at fast rate, hardly any manufacturing is done there.

I recommend people visit China. The 1st tier cities (Shanghai, Chongqing, Beijing, Chengdu, Shenzhen etc) are better than NYC and you won't find one piece of garbage.

Everything is brand new: new airports, new malls, new train stations, new metro stations and cheap to use (1 dollar to go from the airport to downtown by metro (40km away).
