Don't be fooled. This guy is not fighting for the people, he is fighting for his own interest and the interest of his immediate family. He is no different than all of the Somali "politicians" from all clans. He's children will be eating good, while the average Habar Yonis child is suffering hunger, disease or dying in the high seas. The diaspora are living in good lives so they support these politicians as a past-time, so they can have something to be occupied with.
I hope he wins. I would like to see if you change your mind, after he brings no change. He helped a lot of people back-home of all clans during the drought. I think we should give him a chance at least. Most of Somalilanders
back-home are not rich , so we need someone that can work for the average rather than the 1%, it is the only hope.
