I think there’s a chance it’ll be lifted this year, latest next year as America is desperate to push out China and Russia from the Middle East/Horn but is failing mostly. Somalia was always meant to be a U.S. colony and they can’t dream for a better President than HSM so if they don’t do this as a favour even with ATMIS leaving they’ll risk losing us to China/Russia.

You can see why IMF debt relief is racing ahead as they want us tied to US financial system.
