We should have at least 10 regional state based on qabiil

Here are the regional states:

Raxanweyne, Madow and southern people regional state (RJSRS)

Majertania regional state

Issaq regional state

Marexan, laabgaabs and HG regional state

Cadcad people’s, Portuguese-Somali, baraawes regional state

Dhulbahante regional state

Hawiye regional state (from Jowhar to Baladweyne)

Gadabguursi AND CIISE REGIONAL STate

Mogadishu-Federal special Status
