We have so many examples of why Somalis have timo jileec straight to curl to lose curls. For instance did you know the Somali sheep in Somali doesn't have wool but it is hair? The same can be said about the Somali camel. This because of the climate Somalia is at. If Somali had wool timo jar like the madows they would have dyed out due to the heat getting trapped in your hair and cooking your brain. The Somali timo is a genetic adaptation because of your climate. This same genetic adaptation is also extend to your nose type. Having hotter climate your nose to pull in more hair that if you don't have the Somali nose bone your nose will collapse on itself when you try to take in deep breath through your nose. No the Somali sheep and camel grow hair and they shed there hair every spring. They don't grow wool. Wool is for wet climates. They will grow wool due to there genetic adaption. Maybe if there are there for 9 thousand years they genetics will change due to trying to adapt

All African who have timo jar are in climate zones which is wet and rainy. The wool hair that they have stop the water from getting on to the scalps.

Maay folks are their own ethnicity. They probably do have some admixture but so do the Somalis of Banadir from the Cadcads who live there

These people are mixed. Which means they have arrived recently to Somalia. When I state recently I mean with in this past 500 years. I still consider these people citizens of Somalia and Somali, but I'm talking about ethnic Somali's who have been in Somalia since it was knew as Punt sxb and further back to last geel painting.

From what I remember, the ethnogenesis of somali ppl didn’t involve them, only the other (mostly nomadic) clans, they weren’t considered somali pre-colonialism
