I blame all of this on the government of Puntland. They should have ended the Galgala Alshabab a long time ago. Allowing this to continue was the reason behind all of this. It showed weakness to Alshabab. Puntland has a big enough budget to eliminate this but choose not to. Gaas is a total failure, he has completely failed in keeping Puntland safe. Why in the hell would you tolerate for over two years the presence of a terror group so close to your major city? The lead of the campaign now is General Muxideen, the same man whose troops were not paid for six months in a row. Gaas has been a disaster, but no one wants to say anything just to maintain "midnimada". This is very disappointing.
