All states need to scrap every other expense and just focus on proving people with water and seeds for fruits and vegetables

It's too late, now you gotta do it on the edge of the dunes so it don't expand

I think the Kacaan had an initiative doing this in shabelle hoose. To reverse this it needs heavy backing & dhalinyaro willing to plant grass & shrubs. Maybe a great PL first initiative to move the dhalinyaro. Plenty of Coastal restoration projects to copy from.
