Habar Yoonis Elders accompanied him to Garoowe and Qardho.

I can't confirm or deny since his actual current whereabouts is only known among his militia, last time time he was in Sanaag though. However indeed the eastern HY did dock weapons from Bosaso many times.

Show proof. Muuse Biixi promised HY folks that he will fully support all their needs when he got elected. Last time Muuse Biixi slaughtered Biciidi (HJ) criminals more since they were the aggressor. He promised he will end the CeelAfweyne dispute, this is more like a tribal skirmish that has nothing to do with the government. However, the government will end it and the SL forces in Sanaag are divided, they will eventually be stationed back to their places and all of the issues will be dealt with professionally.

Col Siciid later went to Qardho where he was welcomed warmly and from there to Garoowe. Returning to Qardho he will enter Sanaag from there.

Bohol admitted that the weapons and ammunition of the Sacad Yoonis militia comes originates from the Port in Bosaso. Also some of the wounded have been taken to Bosaso hospitals.

Col Siciid Caare is no longer part of Somaliland army and mutinied. Many HY followed his call and also mutinied and joined his ranks.

Meeting Ugaadhyahan is forging alliaces. Many who mutinied are not soldiers but other people who are angry.

One even admitted three elders and a councillor went to Garoowe. Having close clan members going to Garoowe who share the struggle and sourcing your weapons from Bosaso highlights that this rebellion and uprising by Habar Yoonis Sanaag is testimony that alliance is real.
