well I'm not an expert but I think when it comes to rebelling against the ruler general, most scholars say that such rebellion should always be last resort as revolutions sometimes make a situation worse than it was before. We can see that this is true if you look at what happened in Libya or Syria.Is there an issue of dispute on this? I've heard some scholars promote the Jihad of rebellions, but I also hear some Scholars avoid the act of rebellions.
