What is strange is that this isn't a decision which the President or PM are supposed to make or should have the authority to make. The parliament is supposed to decide who comes and goes.

Both women are from Galkacyo. I am starting to think Galkacyo district has the most political power in Somalia. Awrtable, Leelkase, MJ, Madhibaan, HG, Shiikhaal, Dir all have mps coming from Galkacyo district.
