Have you ever cried at work?

I have, I was 17,I remember it so vividly.

I was working at Walmart and it was my second day on the job. I made a tiny error, with the customers cashback I gave them a extra $50.

My manager comes to me while serving customers and she says

'you have a final warning and you will be fired next time", mind you I haven't even got one warning ??
She explained what I done and showed me a CCTV video of how I handed the money, she went over how I wasted her time and companies money.

My customer's got angry at how she was humiliating me infront of them, when she left I started to cry at my cashier, these customers in my line then told me I was doing lovely job and I have beautiful smile to comfort me.

I will never forget this day.

I lasted their two yearsand I was so happy when I left.

I have spoken back to this manager a few times , I can't help myself talk back it must be a Somali thing? My co workers go quite when it happens to them. I can't tolerate B.S.

This exact manager also didn't allow me to have both EID's off , I was so angry that I made dua to Allah something to her happens so I don't see her face at work.

A week later I hear she's not coming in to work , and that her husband passed away.

My duaa was accepted.

I was partying for a month at work.

As a pretty shy and reserved person I would have left right then and there. Public humiliation would be a nightmare for me. I woulda told that prick manager that the best they amounted to was a Walmart manager then walked out.
