This is a important thing. Inciting clan wars and qabyaalad should be punished. This woman should get a fine 200$. The government could make so much money giving fines. Fines for trashes on the ground, fine for reckless driving, fines for unsafety driving, fines for restaurant not upholding hygiene, fines for companies, fines fines fines. Most of the people you are mentioning are outside Benadirs jurisdiction. It is good that they will learn a lesson from this. They were inciting clans and physically setting up fights, it is a huge problem of social media.

This story is only gaining such traction because they are women, most people arrested are men.

This is a good thing and will act as a deterrence for others. It will also set a precedent where they will need to do the same to any and all of those youth inciting on social media.
