DJ has successfully bribed their way into most of the lower-govt seats in EVERY single regional state. Get ready for 4 more years of corruption, clan wars, division and the spread of AMISOM presence across former Somalia.

So far I know that;
Puntland Monitoring groups reported extensive corruption throughout the process.
Galmudug MP's resorted to wearing bulletproof vests, one of them was actually killed. Millions of dollars worth of money was intercepted whilst on its way to Adado.
Hiirshabelle's seats are filled with familiar DJ puppets.


Remember, Damul Jadiid was brought into power by Qatar who has an interest in keeping Somalia weak and subservient. This is far beyond qabiil, if Culusow cared about his qabiil, he would have built a strong Hawiye army, instead he is instigating clan wars and empowering AMISOM.

No, it's not and especially not for "independent" Somaliland. Damul Jadiid is a hungry beast that will not rest until it has devoured and sold everything that legally falls under its jurisdiction. Where were you when they tried to block the Berbera deal? When they tried to control Somaliland's "airspace".

DJ does not and will not permit regional autonomy and this spells disaster for ALL Somalis.
On the other hand, a normal President and Government will continue with the Federalism process by and relinquishing control to regional states who will be held accountable by the local populace.

Somalia can't do anything to Somaliland even if they wanted to. The world deals with them as a de-facto state.

Federalism has been a failure for Somalia. How can each federal state be allowed to have it's own army. Only the central govt should have a monopoly of force in the country. The fighting we seen in Gaalkacyo will only be the beginning of inter-state conflicts.
