The Turks have a buffer zone in Northern Syria using the FSA against dangerous groups such as the PKK (Kurds), ISIS, and Assadists.

DDS needs a buffer zone in Hiiraan region to protect the borders & being on the good side of the locals is important. Do you want Al Qushaash to have free passage in Buulo Burde and Beledweyne so they can send waves after waves of suicide bombers into DDS?
