It wont work and it is nothing new or surprising to be heartbroken about. The administration was created by the ethiopian govt and it has always been that way, it is not all that surprising.

It is something that has never gone past the administration and does not affect the people.

It is nothing new, Ethiopia has tried this for centuries. Abiy is delusional and is now making these attempts with a weaker more divided ethiopia, while Somaliweyne is much stronger in comparison to the last invasion attempt.

It will fail as it always has and be more detrimental for them this time.


ONLF condemned and threatened Abiy just last month at the 40th anniversary celebrations for ONLF.

During their last invasion they were backed by the US and they were a strong united client state of the west. Somalia was much weaker with no allies (except Eritrea), no government, and not much coverage and social media about what was going on.

They lost tens of thousands of troops and were chased out by the people.

Abiy can not even control the Amhara region or Tigray or Oromia and he thinks he can conquer Somalis.

The ethnic regions and ethnic forces arent from goodwill there is no other mechanism to bring order to all of Ethiopia currently. Every region outside of Amhara/Oromo are ‘peaceful’ why shake the tree?
