Deep squat /sleeping form

Ever guy should learn the importance of deep squat. We should first start off with learning the form with no weight on the bar. Just strictly use the bar to learn this form. When I say deep squat your futo should be touching the ground. The importance of this squat type is because it releases free Test. Sometimes you don't need weight but setting in this form.

There are health benefits fit in sleep in the fetal position it's similar to that squat position we were talking about early. The fetal position also releases free Test. But make sure you sleep 8 hours.

Now what does fetal and deep squat have in common? The shorten or lesson the distance your heart has to pump your blood. Now once this happens your body can redirect that blood to else where.
