Incompetency is what holding us back. I saw an infographic on twitter showing the somali generals and colonels are eating up to 50% of the military budget. I don't think the new guy is the right fit seeing how his qualification is in the airforce and we don't have one currently but he can still do a good job if he can get the fat cats purged from the military. How do you expect soldiers to hold their positions if you don't pay them for months?
