? What is this logic? a state cannot claim oil fields, that is beyond their jurisdiction that is national state oil. The national government should manage the oil, no matter whos in charge

JL is second state in the federation built in 2013, has a constitution(very hard to reverse now), it's definitely the second most powerful state in the federation.
