He says he doesnt like to rely on Mobile Money transfer and cites the cyber attacks on SWIFT systems in Europe. He says he would love to use Shilling Somali and has 7 million worth in storage but has no Central Bank to exchange or float it(Culusow corruption). He says without relying on the dollar the country would go broke.

Large sums of shillings were pouring to PL from the south, because Bosaso port was the only port in the country to accept paying taxes in shillings, and that's how PL government accumulated that much shillings (equivalent to $6 million).
