it’s a partnership between Hass and Dahabshiil. Yes, Dahabshiil has 70% of the revenues and Hass has 30%. But Dahabshiil has to buy the oil they want to sell in Somalia from the refineries of Hass in Kenya and East Africa, and they have to give 30% of the revenues in Somaliland to Hass. It’s one heck of a deal for Hass.
