Khaire hasnt given any official documents of sale of his shares in SomaOil. @HmussaUk uploaded a document on Twitter exposing him but he took down. Hes been linked with corruption and to Al-shabab. Do you trust him?

If you look below at African Oils chart (registered on the TSX) exploded long before Soma looked into Somalia.
AOI shat the bed after that sweet ride when investors got in below 1$. It was your national duty as a Somali in Canada
or America to invest in AOI when they arrived to Somalia and to dump shares on Q1 of 2014.

You can't say the same about a Soma--Private corporation that is unlisted with Zero revenue and no hopes of returning investor money.

This whole deal went to shit and everyone lost money @ Soma because they didn't know what would happen with Oil. They never went public and missed the boat.

The only thing that is saving the face of Soma is to sell the Information provided by them back to the Somali Government for 5-10x Return.

I wouldn't invest in Soma life depended on it. And Kheyre isn't dumb either. The man helped bring valuable information to all Somalis and
the next generation to come.

2. If the duo manage the point above then the next step for them is to dismantle the clan politics of 4.5 with party based politics ( still with the darood hawiye balance) but solely based on issues.

3. Having achieved the above points which they are both capable of and lay a very strong foundation for governance then the next step is:

• To bring one man vote system of which will favor them the most because of their track record and score card.

• To amend the constitution with public referendum to increase the presidential term to 3 terms and that is an easy 24-28 year for the tag team.

how would logistical 'one man one vote' work? it's not like people carry birth certificates. driver licenses, passport in Somalia. When i vote in national elections you need to bring identification to a specific place only in your district and then cross-check with a book with your home address

Well that is quite easy to do and with proper resources and strong governance in place it can be done within 6 -8 months ( the registration is what I mean) but maybe a bit longer in Somalia since the documents mentioned above don't exist. Here is what to do.

• Call national census to register people and if possible during the registration process, issue ID cards and voters card in the same process with biometric registration to avoid voter fraud (I worked in Ghana with a company which got the tender last election and it was successful).
• Create voting constituencies and polling stations in each constituency

But for all that to happen there has to be stability and security.
