So true, people have completly turned away from him. He was a Somali hero in his first imprisonment, but you never see anyone advocating for him anymore, despite a few tribesmen. Everyone used to say "Free Coldoom" the first time and he was a very big topic in the Somali media. Nowadays no media even mentions him and if southerners talk about him it is mostly negative. "War kan horta wuxu doonaya in la badhto", is something i often read about him now.
