I done a little checking on Djibouti level of progress on youtube, it's not great at all but I put it down to the population size, it's less then a million. What has Djibouti been up to since Somalia has been in a civil war? It's stable, recognized, why isn't it developing faster then it did? Besides that train from addis and their port, there is no any other real feat I can see. Doesn't it have oil?
At least it's hope for Somalia. If Djibouti a small nation in respect to us can achieve that, I guess we can beat it 100 times over with peace since we are 100 times it's size.
