Let's be realistic Djibouti is dictatorship that will collaps with in 48 hours of somaliland sending forces in on the ground, we wouldn't even bother with a naval warfare since Djibouti would easily win a battle on the seas.

Either way though somaliland government is not stupid it is lead by veterans of the former somali republic before the chose to collaps it. The dictator of djibout is in a vulnerable position and the last thing he needs is ahmed Silanyo bringing down his 15 years of illegal presidency which his people are crying out against
