Hello fellas, I did 23andme test & the results came. It is not what I expected.
I am supposed to be one of the original somali clans, but I have never looked like a somali. I look like a middle eastern same with my father & my grandfather.
Even my son is the same.
Generations who don't look somali.
Yet my dna came back with somali which didn't make sense to me.
Haplogroup is also somali Ev32.
I was expecting middle eastern haplogroup not that I like people but I believed the( look in the mirror theory).
Could there be a mistake from 23andme?
Is there another company that is better in dna?
I like to hear from dna experts here.

Also pic too, so we can see why u think u look Middle Eastern. Also phenotype≠genotype, I have seen full Somalis with Asian eyes. We have got a diverse range of looks.

Maybe don’t post a picture of yourself on here lol.

But I have cousins who don’t look somali at all with light skin and straightish hair and they’re full Somalis.
