I am quite ashamed to say this but I am the somali gordon ramsay cause my mother whenever she cooks food she cooks the baasto good, I dont like it when its even slightly undercooked or overcooked I like it at the right temperature and she knows my preferences cause of my constant tantrums and refusal to eat, those days were like masterchef

and also oh god when I go to those somali community events my rage is pent up everytime those n#ggas serve us somali bariis its disgusting, bad cooked, bad use of flavours and texture and whenever I take a peek in the kitchen theres some halimos in their 18s and 20s cooking it and I silently curse them for violating the bariis god if you saw the things they doing to the bariis you can consider it rape it was horrendous BUT whenever the bariis is good I check the kitchen and there are ayeeyos inside cooking it masterfully with tenderness, care , love JUST right temperature, flavour, mixing, seasoning and the bariis is perfect just perfect. sadly they are being replaced by these young halimo food war criminals the ayeeyos became too old and tired to cook
