Regular season doesn’t really matter as long as you get into the playoffs and a good seed but this guy is the literal definition of choking he hasn’t been to finals since 2008 and conference finals since 2020.

I don't understand how these same coaches keep getting hired after constantly underperforming. Is there no assistant coaches, or college/hs coaches that they could have gotten instead of Rivers, or are these franchises that scared of trying something new?
